Like all great champions, Teddy has his own training methods and untiring self-discipline. It is now possible to learn some of Teddy Riner’s methods.

The Teddy Riner Academy enables hundreds of young people to meet Teddy Riner and spend a week alongside his ex-trainers learning his best techniques, his way of living and breathing judo and his secrets to succeed and win.

Every year, the Teddy Riner Academy opens its doors to the Parisian region and the whole country to give all children in France the chance to take part.
